HYPERMAX MCFLY BEEN CANCELLED

To the disappointment of many, we are sad to report that the eagerly anticipated U.S. release of the McFly edition of the Nike Hypermax has apparently been cancelled. The shoe was slated to drop this weekend alongside the Tennis Ball Hypermax NFW. The Tennis Ball version will still hit stores, but the McFly has been scratched, reportedly because of legal issues with Universal Studios, who owns the rights to the Back to the Future franchise.
